Cancellations & Refunds
● We do not offer returns for items delivered without damages or defects.
● In cases of wrongful delivery (different SKU than ordered) or genuine quality/manufacturing defects, we offer a full refund or order re-fulfilment upon return of the product, subject to defect verification.
● To report damage in transit, contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery (Customer Care Number/email provided).
● Our customer care team will investigate the issue and respond within 48 working hours.
● Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of returned goods receipt if the order is shipped; or within 14 working days from the order
cancellation date if not shipped.
● No refunds for wrong/incomplete shipping addresses, X failed delivery attempts or refused packages.
● Certain products are not eligible for return or replacement, including those returned without original packaging and accessories.
● Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the item received is defective.
RETURNING A GIFT:
● For gift returns, email info@aardea.com for assistance, adhering to the same return conditions.
● Store credit is not provided for returned gift items, but a gift exchange for another item is possible.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
● Cancel orders within 24 hours of placement; partial order cancellation is not possible.
● Cancellation before shipment results in a full refund, deducting charges if any.
● Cancellation after shipment but before receipt incurs a two-way shipping costs deduction.
● All cancellations are subject to a 2.5% cancellation charge/bank transaction charge.
● The company may cancel orders due to stock shortfalls, with prior notification.
● For cancellations after shipment, vendor-specific return policies apply, often with a return fee.
